I've added a new and improved search feature to the blog.
The search box gives you all kinds of options to search the content you'll find from 3 years of blogging by moi and any of my guest bloggers. You can also set your results to search content in any of the blogs in my blog roll!! (all 169 and counting)
One of the great things for me with the blog is that I can use it as a reference of sorts. For example, I can search for posts on previous firings results. I can also search S/D for all of a guest blogger's posts and read their collective contributions. The new search box makes S/D a great reference for me and I hope it help you navigate through the blog's 1000+ posts!
