Mug Up

When I was working alongside my buddies up there in Worthington, MA, we'd usually run up to the Corner's Grocery to pick up some cranberry almond muffins, or some cinnamon rolls, or some freshly fried donuts, my fave. The guys called this time of the a.m. "mug up", maybe a particular New England variant of what's known here in the former land of tobacco as a "smoke break". For this morning's mug-up, and in honor of my buddy Alex, who's crankin'em out over there in Pittsboro, here's a Mark Hewitt mug with some unusual scratching on the surface. I've been doing some scratching myself. [More on that later.]

And another shout out to Micah Cain, the 'sang' hunter. This particular mug up features a ginseng green tea.
